How do I use my Claspable™ Converter?

Will my Claspable™ work with necklaces I already own?

Yes! Currently, Claspables™ are compatible with lobster and spring-type clasps. 

Can I sleep with my Claspable™ on?

We do not recommend sleeping while wearing your Claspable™. They are designed to be easily removed before sleeping to prevent damage.

Can I wear my jewelry in water? 

You can safely wear your Claspable™ in water. However, we recommend removing your jewelry before entering swimming pools, oceans, and hot tubs as the salt and chemicals can harm your jewelry.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that any FedEx Overnight orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the courier. 

My order has shipped, but the tracking information isn't updating!

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you still do not see any updates after 48 hours, please contact us through the Contact Us form on our website or email us at info@claspable.com for further assistance.
